Shipping Policy
- Order Processing: All orders are processed on the same day.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery is next-day across UAE.
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or phone.
Return Policy
- Loose / KG Products: No returns or exchanges.
- Boxed / Packaged Products: Returns accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How to Return:

- Our team will provide instructions to return the product.
Refunds:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
