General

All products are sold subject to availability. Fatuq reserves the right to modify prices, products, and policies at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

Orders & Payment

Orders are processed same-day. Payment must be completed at the time of order. We accept the online payment methods displayed on the website. All transactions are secure, and payment details are handled confidentially.

Shipping & Delivery

Fatuq is responsible for delivering your order. Standard delivery takes 1–2 business days across the UAE. Delivery charges, if any, are calculated at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or phone.

Returns & Refunds

Loose / KG Products: No returns or exchanges.
Boxed / Packaged Products: Returns accepted within 2 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of Fatuq error. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We strive to display accurate product information, but colors, sizes, and packaging may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or manufacturing.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Fatuq website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Fatuq and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Fatuq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
